Financial Sustainability of the Institution
To set our goals and missions, we currently rely only on contributions from generous people in the community by means of – Contributions from well-wishers in cash and kind. “Miss a Meal” programme organized by college and school students, food provided during Family celebrations conducted at Mariasadanam are other means of supporting daily needs of the inmates. WE DO NOT GET ANY FUNDINGS OR HELP FROM GOVERNMENT OR ANY OTHER AGENCIES AS OF NOW. We had constructed 2 buildings through generous contributions from the community & through the voluntary participation in construction activities.
Today, we are under tremendous pressure to accommodate more and more mentally ill persons from the streets and our inability to sustain the high cost of managing the day to day expenses of the centre and the infrastructure constraints has become a major impediment in our mission in reaching out to more underprivileged. We are reaching out to generous individuals and corporate to solicit financial assistance. Timely support through benevolent funds will provide great relief to our functioning and help us in reaching out to more disadvantaged people in the society needing Care.
