Thalachayakan Oridam is a compassionate initiative by Mariyasadanam, dedicated to providing a safe, dignified, and caring home for elderly homeless individuals. Located in Panthathala, Meenachil panchayat this charitable project is managed by a committed team including a manager, caretakers, and part-time medical staff such as a nurse and doctor. The home offers continuous care, medical support, and emotional comfort to its residents, helping them live with respect and dignity in their later years.
Our vision is to expand this model to every panchayat, ensuring that no elderly person is left uncared for. The next Thalachayakan Oridam is already in progress at Edappady in Bharananganam Panchayat. We welcome your support to make this vision a reality and bring hope to more lives.
